Why did you volunteer on Motutapu the first time?

I was inspired by a very enthusiastic talk I heard at a meeting about the importance of trees to the planet

What has been your most notable experience when volunteering on Motutapu so far?

Planting trees in a grassy gully which will one day form a swamp forest of large trees.

How often have you volunteered on Motutapu?

About once a month for 2 years.

Will you volunteer on Motutapu again?

Yes, I look forward to a day away from the city in the fresh air and watching the Motutapu project grow.

Do you volunteer on your own or with a group?

On my own. Not a problem as everyone is friendly.
